Hi there! Welcome to my little space on the inter-web. I’m Melissa and I started this little blog-o-mine back in 2008. I am mommy to Payton & Brayden, wifey to Jim and if you’ve gotten this far you might have noticed that my blog is called, My PB+J, for the loves of my life. I am an aspiring baker by night, part-time bartender and marketing manager, an espresso over-consumer, Target deal seeker, Real Housewives addict and I love afternoon naps…when I am allowed.
I started this blog back in ’08 to document my trials in the kitchen as a newlywed and our journey as new homeowners. The blog became so much more once I began my cupcake business and even moreso when we became pregnant with our first child. I began sharing our stories as a family, recipes we loved and oversharing every waking moment of our kids’ lives.
While it may look like I am always busy I do love hearing from my
