A few weeks ago I was reading my friend Danielle’s blog. She was doing a review on the My Dwink Box and I was instantly intrigued. I quickly clicked on the link and had ordered two My Dwink Box’s before five minutes was up. I didn’t need to read the details to understand how great this product really is. As a mother of a very independent toddler I knew this Dwink Box would come in handy for all of those mornings we hit the Starbucks drive-thru window for her Horizon vanilla milk box (okay, and my venti unsweetened black tea lemonade). Before this box I would constantly be turning my head wondering if she was squeezing the box too hard, I would be yelling back at her to stop squeezing, then she’s pulling the straw out, and squeezing it too hard again, etc. I was paying more attention to her and the milk box versus driving. But then the mailman came and delivered My Dwink Box and I do not have to worry about this anymore. I can place her apple juice box in the Dwink and leave the room with ease because I know she is not going to get liquid all over my new hardwood floors. Do you see a trend? This product was made for worry some mother’s and like founder, Yvonne Huang, states, this box will “make our lives just a little bit less messy”.
and because I love all you so much I am giving away the Special Edition My Dwink Box to one lucky reader. The special edition Dwink gives net proceeds to the Raven + Lily Foundation, a non-profit design studio dedicated to empowering women. Great, right!?
Buy it: only $3.99 on the Dwink website.

Just the other night we went to chipotle for dinner and my son got his milk box with his meal and within about 3 minutes he had squeezed too hard and gotten milk on his hands and shirt but after a quick wipe I gave it back to him to which he dropped it perfectly upside down pushing the straw completely into the box (milk pouring out all over). My husband went to get a new straw and it was at this point I decided to hold the milk box captive and let him have a drink only when he asked for one because I was a little over all the spilled milk at Chipotle! We could have used one of those awesome dwink boxes!

Well, I guess our messy story has to do with a drink box…EVERYDAY. My son LOVES to give it a big squeeze before taking his first sip…so, EVERYTIME we crack open a juice box we take cover as we know there will be juice flying in one unpredictable direction or the other. It’s oh so funny and extremely messy.

Genevieve is generally pretty good with her Horizon milk boxes, but suddenly discovered just last week, in the car of course, that’s it’s fun to squeeze the box, espcially when the milk goes all over your big sister and she screams 😉

My daughter loves to eat pizza all by herself. The problem is every time she grabs a piece to take a bits she basically flips it over so the cheese side faces her. We now have quite a few pizza imprinted shirts 😉

What a great invention!

My Kaden likes to squeeze the box and “try” to catch it with his mouth open. He is 2 and this trick is NOT mastered! He gets more on the floor then in his mouth.

Noah eats the crushers from TJs all the time…the apple or apple/carrot or apple/banana squeeze pouches. Every once in a while he will be in a “mood” and squeeze as hard as he can before it gets to his mouth. He loves to carry them around the house while he eats them too so of course its never a contained saucy mess!! I can imagine the same with juice boxes 🙂

My daughter pushes the straw inside her Horizon milk box all the time. We were at the beach this weekend when I notice her turning the box upside down and shaking milk all over the beach blanket. She told me dhe was trying to get her straw out!

Peyton is adorable! Just last weekend we were on our way to a family reunion and I gave Bryce a juice box for the first time. I drank half of it so he wouldn’t squeeze it all over himself. He wanted more so I gave him a full one and he did end up squeezing the juice all over but it kept him happy for awhile in the car. That’s a great product. 😉
