Three years ago today I married my best friend. I could never have asked for a better companion, cheerleader, lover and father to have married. Jim you are my world, I thank God everyday for bringing us together. You have put up with me, watched me cry, seen me throw one to many glasses, watched me cry again and then made me laugh until I pee my pants. You complete me and I seem to fall in love with you more and more each day. You are my rock. Happy Anniversary to the man of my dreams.
For our anniversary we were able to go out on a date since my Mom so graciously watched Payton so we could sneak away for the second time since she arrived. We dined down in Old Town San Diego, and then I had to bake 100+ cupcakes for an order. Not the typical anniversary, but it was nice to have an uninterrupted adult dinner conversation.
Thank you Mom and Dad for the new refrigerator to house cakes and cupcakes in the garage!
Since it is wedding (anniversary) season, what was your wedding song and what is your favorite wedding cake flavor?
Our Wedding song was: Keith Urban’s “My Everything” and my fav wedding cake combo always has something to do with cherries, the good kind, cheesecake mousse or Bavarian cream, chocolate ganache and yummy buttercream. Or, anything that is super moist and chock full of goodies!

Our cake was almost exactly the same! Same detailing on it! Mine was chocolate frosted, though….so it was brown with white detailing….but it was also square! I looooved my cake, too! =) Happy 3rd Anniversary!

Happy Anniversary!
Our wedding song was “Over the Rainbow”, the version by Eva Cassidy.
And I loved our wedding cake, even though the only bite we got that night was right when we cut it. The white chocolate wild berry layer was to die for, but the almond layer was pretty good too.

Happy Happy anniversary!!!
Let’s see if I can remember – ha. It has been 7.5 years… that is a while.
Our song was shania twain’s “I’m jealous”
sounds morbid, but it isn’t… you would have to hear it. I gave in and let Spencer have it… although I regret not making him dance to Etta James “At last”. My whole life I wanted that one. Oh well.
Cake: I love lemon flavored. Or just plain moist vanilla with lemon pudding. That will/would do it for me.
*Glad you got to take a night off and just be together.

Our wedding song was “I’ll Catch You” by The Get Up Kids and our cake was Almond cake with Amaretto cream and raspberry jam filling. Wish I had more that one bite!!!
