These may not be “interesting” facts but here ya go:
1. I have to get this one down right away and it’s probably more embarrassing than interesting. I sucked my thumb until I was fourteen, yes fourteen years of age. I could not part with my comfort blanket, but sadly when I got braces in my sophomore year I had to give it up.
2. My husband was my first real boyfriend and we met on my first day of community college in August of 2000. We knew after three months we would marry one another but did not get married until 2007.
3. I have an addiction to cupcake liners, cookie cutters, baby bows, and the Internet (total shocker I know).
4. I listen to the food network all day. I may never look up at the TV but I listen because it comforts me. I have watched the network since it’s beginning years and it has been my self-taught culinary schooling. Plus, I am always picture myself on the network.
5. I love football and snowboarding. I would give my right leg to live in Aspen, even though I love living in Poway where a good chunk of the SD Chargers reside. Just the other day I was next to Shawne Merriman and when I got my pedi a few weeks ago Luis Castillo was sitting next to me. I guess I am pretty lucky.
6. I could tell you 97% of the time what the ingredients are in a dish without ever seeing a recipe. My sensitive palette is one of my best talents.
7. I have a happy dance. The only way to describe this without seeing it is to describe me as “Josey Grossy” from “Never Been Kissed” if you’ve seen the movie you should just be giggling by now. I heart Drew Barrymore.
